☀️ What Is the Summer Warm-up Series?
The NHCL Summer Warm-Up Series is your preseason training ground.
It’s not about leaderboards — it’s about sharpening your edge, testing new formats, and getting tournament-ready before the official NHCL Fall Grand Prix kicks off.
Throughout the summer, we’ll host 7 rated and unrated events (a mix of online and in-person). Players who show up, play hard, and demonstrate skill and sportsmanship will be in the running for end-of-summer prizes — including a free entry into a Fall Grand Prix event and a premium chess book.
Play often. Play well. Earn rewards. Then bring the heat this fall.

We trust Lichess.org for fair play. There is absolutely ZERO cheating tolerated.
Q: Are these kid-friendly?
Yes! Our events are open to all ages with separate prizes for youth players.
